We can’t all become experts in health, nutrition, and exercise (unless you’ve made it your career, who has the time). But we all have health and wellness goals and need to take care of our bodies in order to live long healthy lives. It’s easy to be overloaded by all the information out there, and it’s hard to sort through all the mess to filter out what is truly effective.

I’ve spent ten years in the industry and 5 years in school becoming an expert in the field so you don’t have to figure things out on your own. I pull from scientific foundations rooted in my professional education, my 10 years of experience as a personal trainer, and my own health and fitness journey to provide my clients with plans that are effective, efficient, and safe.

Health is never “one size fits all.” To get the best results, you need a plan that is tailored uniquely to you.

 

 

Who

EVERYONE! I WORK WITH PEOPLE OF ALL AGES, BACKGROUNDS, AND EXPERIENCE LEVELS.

My youngest clients have been middle school athletes just starting to learn athletic movements. My oldest clients have been in their 80’s with goals of performing everyday tasks without pain. I have worked with high performing college athletes as well as adults who lead sedentary lifestyles. As a licensed Exercise Physiologist, I am also prepared to help at risk populations navigate their health and wellness.

 

 

How

STEP 1: CONSULTATION

We’ll start with a meeting to discuss your background and goals. We’ll discuss fitness and nutrition and outline a path forward so you can crush your goals.

STEP 2: PERSONALIZED REGIMEN

I’ll create a personalized fitness and/or nutrition regimen specifically tailored to your experience, goals, and access to equipment.

STEP 3: CHECK-INS AND ADJUSTMENTS

We’ll monitor progress and make appropriate adjustments every 4-8 weeks. Real progress is made through continued accountability and collaboration.

Personalized Fitness RegimeN ($200)

  • Virtual consultation

  • Detailed fitness plan with weekly workout schedule including specific exercises for both cardio and weight training with recommended sequencing, timing, reps, sets, and supersets

  • Personalized to fit your fitness level and meet your specific goals

  • Accommodates your access to equipment

Personalized Nutrition Plan ($150)

  • Virtual consultation

  • Suggested daily macro-nutrient breakdown including recommendations for timing your intake throughout the day

  • Recommendations for proper supplementation and water intake

  • Personalized to help you reach your goals quickly and safely

RECOMMENDED BUNDLE: COMBINED PERSONAL FITNESS REGIMEN AND NUTRITION PLAN ($300)

Personalized Plan Adjustment ($50)

When you’re ready for a new challenge (usually every 4-8 weeks), I’ll update your plan based on your progress and feedback. These adjustments are a crucial component of maintaining steady progress and crushing your short and long term goals!
